PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DELIVERY INFORMATION AND PRICING IS FOR ORDERS MADE FROM UK CUSTOMERS ONLY.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you would like us to ship to you outside the UK please email us at: shop@sally-hunter.co.uk with details of the products you would like to buy and we will advise you of the additional charges involved.
CHARGES WILL BE SHOWN ON YOUR BANK OR CARD STATEMENT AS A PAYMENT TO WBHVM Ltd.
DELIVERY – CARDS
Card orders are normally processed and sent out the next working day by first class Royal Mail post. First class postage for UK mainland* is included in your card price.
However, Royal Mail advise that 90% of first class post to UK mainland addresses arrives the following day. The other 10% can take up to 3 days unfortunately.
It should be noted that large cards and packets are handled manually in the postal system and may be delayed by a day or so. We therefore recommend you allow at least three working days for all orders to arrive. It may also be that if you are out when your postman comes he will leave a card for you to arrange collection from the local sorting office. This may also delay your card so do allow plenty of time when ordering.
Please be aware large cards may be too wide to fit through some letterboxes. We send out our large cards in a board envelope with a big "Do not bend" sticker on it but we cannot take responsibility for your postman ignoring this and folding your card. Making him/her aware of your order is recommended.
DELIVERY CHARGES – STANDARD PRODUCTS & PERSONALISED PRINT ORDERS
We charge a standard £4.95 as contribution to postage and packaging costs for all orders (except personalised card only orders which are postage inclusive). These orders are shipped by Royal Mail or a third-party courier service and stock items should arrive within ten working days.
NOTE: ORDERS WITH A MIX OF PRODUCTS MAY COME FROM VARIOUS SUPPLIERS SO PLEASE ALLOW FOR THIS BEFORE CONTACTING US WITH YOUR QUERY.
If we cannot fulfil an order within ten working days for any reason we will contact you.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we cannot be held liable for items which have not been received.
*Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services. If you are aware of difficulties in delivering to your address we strongly advise you to contact us to arrange the most suitable shipping method. Extra postal/shipping charges may apply.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
We will be setting up automatic processes for you to enter your details and work out shipping charges for exporting orders. Until that time we are happy to arrange this on an ad-hoc basis if we can.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS OUTSIDE THE UK
There are huge variations on the import of goods into a country. Some make charges and some do not. We will put details on the package for the contents and value of the order and you must accept responsibility for any charges that arise. If you have concerns about these potential charges you should make enquiries locally BEFORE ORDERING.
