HOW TO CREATE YOUR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS - EDITING THE TEXT
There are areas on various products such as cards and prints where you can personalise the text.
It's really easy to do but you have to be careful not to try to put in too many words as the size of the text is fixed for each area. You may even end up with text going over the image and we really don't recommend that.
Note too that the editable text on the front of cards is in colour and changes to grey while you are editing, but don't worry as it will then automatically colour again when you leave the edit area.
So, keep it simple and make sure you save and proof your card as what you see is exactly what will be printed.
Tips & Tricks
- all the text will centre on the page automatically - don't worry if you see it move when you go to the next line
- use the return key to put in a blank line
- if you want to have your text start on the left - Dear John for example - just put in some spaces after your text and it will move over
- avoid using all capitals as the fonts have been designed by Sally specifically for mixed upper and lower case
- don't let your text overlap an image
- if you can't see some of your text or it overflows then you will need to reduce it to fit
- don't forget to leave space for signatures and think about how many are signing
- if the PDF looks like you want it too then you are ready to add to your basket
Have fun!
